Qualifications & Experience	i) Junior Project Officer : BTechin Computer Science ,Electronics or Information Technology or MCA. The candidate is desired to be conversant with the following skills: Programming in core Java technology Web programming technologies, PHP, Javascript, CSS Database management systems like Postgres, MySQL. Animation development with Flash, OpenGL and others. MATLAB/SCILAB, DSP. ii) Research Consultant : MTech in Computer Science or related domain. The candidate should be able to lead a technical team and take part in software design and planning. The candidate is desired to possess at least two years of experience in a) web technology development b) animation design c) user interface design d) sound programming skill. iii) Research Investigator: PhD in education, special education, basic science, social science. The candidate should be expert in performing qualitative and quantitative survey on different factors in school and higher education. The candidate should have skills to apply statistical modelling techniques on educational data. The candidate is desired to have knowledge/skills in using Information and Communication Technology in educational processes. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skill and expertise to organize workshops involving educational stakeholders. iv) Project Manager:Graduate or Postgraduate with more than 5 years of administrative experience at Secretarial level. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skill in English. The candidate is desired to have skill to manage office works (account management, liaison among different stakeholders etc.) related to the project. v) Project Assistant :Graduation in any discipline. Qualification may be relaxed if there is relevant experience (see below) for more than 5 years. The candidate should have skills and experience in Video recording Video editing in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Facilitating video conference. vi) Field Assistant: Graduate or Postgraduate in social science, economics. The candidate should have skills to , design questionnaire,perform survey, and perform data analytics.
